Trip to Hillsborough Castle and Gardens P3/4 enjoyed learning about a Victorian Wedding Party at Hillsborough Castle and explored The Robin Trail in the gardens.
Chatterpix
Primary 4 had fun using our new app Chaterpix this afternoon. They took a photo of their ‘Coat of arms’ design as part of their WAU topic, recorded their voice describing their shield and even added some special affects.
P3/4 having fun exploring strong structures!
Outdoor Learning:
This afternoon P4 were using the outdoor area to further their understanding of Place Value. We used chalk to construct a Part-Part-Whole diagram. The children then choose a number from the grid given and split the number into 'Tens' and 'Ones'. We had lots of fun. Especially when our number grids started flying around in the wind!
